We do not charge any fee to use the service, however, there will be a certain percentage levied once a talent is booked via our website.
Our portal focuses on providing verified artists that have credible work experience. Also, we will acquire talents from around the country, so that we have a variety to suit everyone’s needs.
We guarantee that all our artists will be bound by an agreement of commitment. Once the contract is signed, the artist will be bound to attend the event, provided there is no breach or any unforeseen circumstance. However, if the artist does find himself to be unbecoming professionally, he/she will be blacklisted from our platform.

You can cancel your booking within 72hours without citing any reason, without any charges. Post that, the advance booking amount will not be refunded.
On HavTalent, Every talent has a profile created where their information (profile, talent, experience,testimonials, ratings) is present. You can log in to submit your review on the talent you have previously booked.
Our talents are verified and of certain stature, who will commit to a certain guidelines at the time of payment. However, there are circumstances and situations that can be beyond our control, it cannot be managed by HavTalent team directly.

Anyone with a flair for a particularcraft and wants to showcase it to a formidable crowd in return of income, canbe listed on our platform.


To offer your services and guaranteemaximum exposure, you will have to create your account on HavTalent website. Weencourage you to reveal as much of information as possible, including priorexperiences, awards, your area of expertise within the category, recent works,clips, images and your base price. With the basic fee available, we will beable to direct you to the right clients that fit your category.

Other than a phone confirmation, you will also be sent a prompt emailwith details once the advance payment has been successfully remitted.

Once you land on our site, you registerwith your email id in the ‘Talent’ category, then you create an account withyour details and publish it for everyone to see.  

We do not charge anything for themembership. We provide membership for clients and artist free of cost.

Once the order is confirmed, moredetails around the event will be shared (like a theme, timings, dress code,tentative flowchart, accommodation and travel details etc). The manager will bein touch with both the parties to zero in on these details. 

Once the order is completed and issuccessful, you will be paid within 7 working days. Your income can be viewedexclusively by you on your profile.
Sharing interesting information on yourprofile will help with your chances of a client booking you. Moreover, beingsincere and relevant will help. (For example: ‘Can sing regional songs as well’can be better put as ‘Trained in Hindustani Classical and adept atBengali/Oriya songs along with latest/retro Bollywood numbers’ will workbetter)Include good quality video clips,showreels, audio recordings, attractive images etc. Also, encourage yourclients to leave reviews and ratings on your page. Clients will respond betterto images/snapshots/details of media coverage, achievements and awards if any.
We are still working on this featureand you will be informed as and when it is activated. As of now, it is a searchbased service only.
Whenever an artist is booked by an interested party, they will berequired to pay a minimum 40 per cent advance payment to confirm the booking.This will ensure the authenticity of the event. Furthermore, there will be abrief contract online/offline, obligatory for both the sellers and talents toaccept and sign that will protect the interests of both the parties.
